I was so happy to be dealing with a kind, genuine person instead of one of those fake, super-pumped up sales personas. He seemed to get right away that I was serious about purchasing a Mini, but didn't try to hard sell me on more car than I could afford. He asked the right amount of questions to determine what would be best for me and I felt that he truly listened and respected my answers. I started my car search at another Mini dealership and didn't give them my business specifically because the sales person was aggressively seeking to sell me more car than I wanted or needed, was way too chipper and excited and then failed to follow up with me when I let her know what my budget was.
