    "I brought my car in for one issue and when I picked the car up a completely new issue had developed. the two might be related but its an inconvenience to bring the car in for service. now I have to bring it in again. ill most likely move to a service provider closer to my house. I was also told I would receive new windshield wipers and those were not replaced either. the car was kept overnight so there was more then enough time to make the minor change. also, when I picked up my car my advisor did not go over the services performed. the keys were handed to me and that was that. maybe if he had gone over the work I would have been able to address the issue at that time instead of having to deal with this again.     "I was disappointed in this service experience because I communicated the problem the car was having and it was not fixed. Two days after I brought the car home, it happened again and the tow truck driver, who originally came to my house to tow my car to your dealership, fixed it. It was a simple problem that I cannot believe Mini service workers overlooked. The battery terminal cap was not tightened, hence the connection was not being made correctly.
